Job Roles :
- Manage company and subsidiary accounts using the designated software.
- Retain supporting documents to facilitate efficient record-keeping.
- Prepare reconciliations and relevant schedules for fixed and intangible assets, investors, loan schedules, and other related items.
- Facilitate communication with third parties on financial audit, direct and indirect tax computation and submission, financing applications, factoring, and other related matters.
- Assist Group corporate exercises, and coordinate with legal counsel, investors, and shareholders to ensure a true and fair view of financial projection, valuation, and investment records.
- Cooperate with PMOs and task managers on various project-related matters, including invoicing, purchase order preparation, payment processing, and other related issues.
Principle Accountabilities :
- Manage and maintain the company’s accounts via digital platforms (including subsidiaries).
- Liaising with project/task managers on all account and invoicing-related matters.
- Managing and maintaining the company’s general expenses.
- Assist in the corporate finance activities.
- Assist in the procurement activities.
- Support the CFO on related financial duties.
- Assist in office management.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree, or Professional Degree in Finance, Accountancy or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Must have detailed knowledge and experience in bookkeeping.
- Must be able to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Experienced with QuickBooks Online.
- Independent and resourceful.
- Good Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Mentorship capabilities.
