Job Roles

  • Define problem statements and provide analysis of user requirements
  • Provide designs of the solution that meet client’s requirements based on company available tools or relevant solution in the market.
  • Review artefacts produced with client’s and delivery team’s resources
  • Provide overall training to key personnel of client
  • Draft user requirements specification, system design document, software requirements specification and other related documents
  • Work closely with the product owner, developers and quality assurance team to provide relevant inputs
  • Engage the Change Management Team where required

Principle Accountabilities

  • Review potential new or current systems internally and/or with client
  • Map the flow of information around client’s business processes and translate it into coherent, usable technology processes
  • Present ideas for system and business process improvements, including cost proposals


  • Qualification in Business Requirements Engineering or related degree
  • 5 – 10 years of experience in Software development, and System Analysis
  • System development life cycle and process understanding
  • Diagram maker tools like Visio, or relevant.
  • Business process automation like Bonita. (good to have)
  • Independent, resourceful, and creative
  • Good Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to guide and influence team members towards constructive outcomes
